- Store the wine in a cellar. When you receive the wine bottles, lay them
in a cellar or in a place where they are protected from light and from
any strong or fast temperature change. Let the wine rest for one to two
weeks after it has been carried.
- For red wine, drink it at a temperature of at least 18 degree Celsius
(65 degree Fahrenheit). We advise you to place the bottles half a day in
advance in the room where they will be drunk. You can open the bottles
two hours before you serve them.
- For white wine and clairet wine, drink it at a temperature in the range of 8 to 10 degree Celsius (46 to 50 degree Fahrenheit). Do not open the bottles more than 10 minutes before you serve them.
